What to Expect

As a leader, there are simply too many people, projects, tasks, dates, and details that need your attention. All of them are important, but it's impossible to make each the priority.I know, because I've been there. But I also have great news. Everything you care about can get the attention it deserves.That's where I come in. My job is to be a trustworthy extension for leaders like you. To be someone who ensures that nothing is being overlooked, forgotten or missed.



Examples of Tasks

Before I tell you about my onboarding process, let me give you a quick idea of common tasks I handle for my clients:

  • Calendar management, upcoming appointments, meeting requests, and team meeting/offsite setup.

  • Planning and booking travel for family and business trips, including receipts and expense reports documentation.

  • Bookkeeping services including income and expense categorization, receipts collection, monthly reconciliation, and reports generation.

  • Gift purchases for team and family member special occasions.

  • Research projects for customer feedback, salary reviews, conferences, potential vendors, and competitor analysis.

Step 1: Discovery Call

Everything gets started when you book a zero-prep discovery call. And just as the name suggests, no prep will be needed on your end.During this call, I'll have a small handful of questions to ask about yourself, your organization, and the different hats you wear each day. I'll give you an overview of what you can expect from me, and most importantly, we'll make sure we click with one another.After the call, we'll decide if we think we would be a good fit to work together. And if so, I'll send over a simple contract and we'll begin going through the onboarding process.



Step 2: Onboarding

During this phase of the process, we will begin getting all of our ducks in a row, including filling out an intake form that will help me get my bearings in your day to day.We will also be sure to tackle things like:

  • Visibility into your calendar, meetings, and upcoming time off.

  • Introductions to key players in your life.

  • Software setup, including a direct messaging channel with me.

After finalizing onboarding, we'll be off to the races and entering the optimization phase.



Step 3: Optimization

This is my favorite step, because you will really start feeling the benefits of having a Virtual Assistant. Even after we get sync'd up and start really understanding one another, we will continually check in and discuss ways I can better serve you.This could be finding different ways for me to help make your life easier, changing up the process I’m following for existing tasks, or even adding an additional work cycle to my week for you.Regardless of how we choose to optimize the way I serve you, rest assured that we will always find ways of more efficient and more effective together.
